Bach Consultations
A Bach consultation provides a safe place where we discuss your current feelings or emotions. Most times it can be a relief for you to let go and have the opportunity to speak with someone neutral and without judgement. Helping to parse out how you are really feeling. Based on this private/confidential discussion remedies will be suggested in addition with education on how to use the remedies.

The Initial consultation will include a personalized remedy mixture which was discussed during the consult.

After 3 weeks an assessment should be done for any emotional changes, and at this time the mixture is adjusted to any changes and a fresh mixture is provided to you. (see - follow-up consult).
